Please note that as of 1 January 2024, the courier company DPD uses an overall weight conversion rate of :5000. The table below gives the overall weight of the packages according to this conversion rate.
Important - all shipments are priced by the carrier based on either the actual weight or the overall weight, whichever is higher. The overall (volumetric) weight is calculated: length x width x height of the parcel in cm , divided by 5000.
It is not possible to send parcels with a volume weight of more than 40 kg by courier. This means that we cannot send products exceeding 40 kg in volume at the moment - foam pools with balls, wicker Moses baskets. It is worth checking whether another carrier will allow you to receive such parcels on your contract. Such shipments to some countries are possible via the Polish Post Office.
